  • Left-libertairan website attacks voluntaryism

http://c4ss.org/content/10528 How can statism still exist in voluntaryism if voluntaryism is the complete opposite of statism? C4SS is one of the worst libertarian websites. They are left-libertarian if that explains anything.

  • Labour theory of property vs Subjective theory of property

I have spent some time thinking of what exactly makes someone own something, but I could not figure out an exact answer. "The labour theory of property" (I own something if I mix my labour with it) is often cited as a justification for ownership, but I have felt that it does not fully convince...

  • Ron Paul is a Voluntaryist (video)

In this video, using Ron Paul's own words from his books and interviews, it is shown that Ron Paul's goal is voluntaryism. He adopts limited-government positions and appeals to the U.S. Constitution as part of a long-term strategy for achieving a completely free society, absent any State.

  • A voluntaryist challenge to voting?

I've been thinking about voting recently since there was that voting thread and have been assessing the arguments against voting.I've been thinking ,is there really a moral argument against voting? Is voting really an aggressive act? my inclination on re-thinking it is no though voting does endorse...

  • Re: Microsecession as a strategy and the prospects for a new Hanseatic League

As you will find on the here mentionned links, the Hanseatic League's spirit has already been re-started in the city of Zwolle in the Netherlands, in 1980. You will find it at www.hanse.org The actual president is the Mayor of the city of Luebeck in Germany. Since 1980, you have in summer, Hanseatic...

  • Political Definitions

I would be interested in seeing a post, blog, website, etc that is devoted to defining political terms. I was at a Tea Party where I saw signs calling Obama a communist, a socialist, and a fascist. Which sign was correct? All three? What about Bush, what would we classify him as? I believe there are...

  • Re: Capitalism Refuted?

I have a few issues with some of what you said, but instead of giving one lined answers, & pleas to stop "trolling", I will try and answer them: [quote user="mr1001nights"] It is capitalists who will shoot you or force you to starve unless you subordinate yourself to their illegitimate...

  • Voting with our pocketbooks

As an economist I've often thought of how we can express our wishes as a republic in such a way as for them not to be watered down by the time they get to the top as is the case with our current political system of primaries and delegates and super-delegates and state conventions and national conventions...

  • Re: More Anarcho-capitalism reductio's

Trianglechoke7 , If I have not threatened your or anyone else's life, or raped you or anyone else, or signed a contract saying you may kill me, then you may not kill me. I don't forsee many private arbitors deciding in favour of the homicidal rich dudes, and I don't forsee many customers...
